Delays

MiniWags is not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or carrier disruptions. We do our best to communicate issues proactively.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive your package, contact the carrier directly. We assist in filing claims but are not liable once the carrier confirms delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses. MiniWags is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
