At MiniWags, we want every purchase to be worry-free. This Refund Policy explains eligibility, procedures, and timelines.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable pet food/treats.

  • Grooming products once opened.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

Return Process

  1. Email support@miniwags.com with order number.

  2. Receive return authorization.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided.

Customer pays return shipping unless the product was defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • Refunds go to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of MiniWags error.

Exchanges

If stock is available, we allow exchanges for size, color, or item type.

Damaged or Defective Products

Send photos of the issue to support@miniwags.com. We’ll replace or refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

Check with your bank or card provider before contacting us for delays beyond 10 days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. After processing, cancellations are not guaranteed.
