Items must be returned within 30 days.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase required.
Perishable pet food/treats.
Grooming products once opened.
Final sale or clearance items.
Email support@miniwags.com with order number.
Receive return authorization.
Ship the item back to the address provided.
Customer pays return shipping unless the product was defective or damaged.
Refunds go to the original payment method.
Processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of MiniWags error.
If stock is available, we allow exchanges for size, color, or item type.
Send photos of the issue to support@miniwags.com. We’ll replace or refund at no extra cost.
